- For the crust:
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- For the filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of 8 small cups.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cranberries, pistachios, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the cups with the mixture.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled as an appetizer. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
