  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • For the filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of 8 small cups.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, then cool.
  3. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cranberries, pistachios, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the cups with the mixture.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled as an appetizer. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
