Savory Reuben Bake with Layers of Corned Beef, Sauerkraut, and Swiss Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pound corned beef, sliced
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 slices rye bread, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the corned beef.
  3. Spread sauerkraut over the corned beef layer.
  4. Add Swiss cheese slices on top of the sauerkraut.
  5. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
  6. Top with cubed rye bread and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with extra dressing on the side.
