- 1 pound corned beef, sliced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 4 slices rye bread, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the corned beef.
- Spread sauerkraut over the corned beef layer.
- Add Swiss cheese slices on top of the sauerkraut.
- Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
- Top with cubed rye bread and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with extra dressing on the side.
