Garlic Sauce

A creamy Middle Eastern sauce combining Greek yogurt, mayo, fresh garlic and herbs. Ready in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain whole milk.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced.
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (optional).
  • Fresh dill (instead of parsley, optional).

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt and mayo, add minced garlic, mix in lemon juice, add salt and pepper, stir in fresh herbs.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients.
Keeps 5 days refrigerated.
Great for wraps.
Perfect dipping sauce.
Use organic if possible.
Customize herbs to taste.
