- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain whole milk.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper.
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced.
- 1 tablespoon tahini (optional).
- Fresh dill (instead of parsley, optional).
Instructions
- Combine yogurt and mayo, add minced garlic, mix in lemon juice, add salt and pepper, stir in fresh herbs.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients.
Keeps 5 days refrigerated.
Great for wraps.
