For the Crust:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add beef slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add onions and continue cooking for 5-6 minutes until softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
