  • For the ribs:
  • 2 lbs beef short ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • For the noodles:
  • 8 oz udon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Step 2: Place the beef ribs in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Step 3: Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the ribs are tender.
  4. Step 4: Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  5. Step 5: Toss the noodles with sesame oil and green onions.
  6. Step 6: Serve the ribs over the noodles and garnish as desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the marinade. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
