  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker:
  2. Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
  3. Mix the glaze:
  4. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour and cook:
  6. Pour the glaze mixture over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef is fork tender.
