Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef steak, cut into 1-inch bites
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch bites and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a slow cooker, add the sliced onion and minced garlic.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
  6. Serve hot.
