Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the warm water and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Roll out each ball into a thin circle, about 6 inches in diameter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until puffed and golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs or garlic to the dough. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
