- 1pound ground beef, 85/15
- 1/4 cupplain bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoonswhole milk
- 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
- 1/2 cupblock cheddar cheese, cubed
- 4 ouncescream cheese, cubed
- 1jalapeño, thinly sliced with seeds removed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into 20 meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Cut the cheddar and cream cheese into ¼ inch cubes.
- Take one meatball, flatten it in your hand, place a piece of each cheese and a slice of jalapeño in the center, and reshape into a meatball.
- Place the meatballs in a baking pan and bake for 22-25 minutes, until cooked through.
