- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch bites
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season the steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet; toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the red pepper flakes. Pair with a crisp salad.
