  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch bites
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Season the steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet; toss to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the red pepper flakes. Pair with a crisp salad.
