Ingredients

- 1 2/3 cups vegetable or canola oil.
- 2 (1-ounce) packets Ranch dressing mix.
- 2–3 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon onion powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- 1 (16-ounce) box Saltine crackers.
Instructions
- Combine oil, ranch mix, pepper flakes, and seasonings in a gallon zip-top bag. Shake well.
- Add saltines to bag and gently turn to coat all crackers.
- Let bag sit at room temperature overnight.
- Heat oven to 250°F. Spread crackers in single layer on baking sheets.
- Bake 15 minutes until crisp.
Notes
Can reduce pepper flakes for less heat.
Must rest overnight for best flavor.
Keeps 1 week in airtight container.
