- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season the steak cuts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the steak cuts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Boil the cheese ravioli according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked ravioli and spinach to the skillet, tossing everything together for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Ensure steak is sliced thinly for quick cooking.
