Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  4. In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
