- 2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Arrange the sliced steaks, fried eggs, berries, and avocado slices on a large board.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute the steaks with grilled halloumi cheese. Pair with fresh herbs for added flavor.
