Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak and shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread the steak, shrimp, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until steak is done to your liking and shrimp is pink.
Notes
For extra flavor, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
