Steak and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz flank steak, sliced thin
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 10 oz stir-fry noodles
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a wok, heat oil over high heat and stir-fry the steak for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until pink.
  4. Stir in garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add noodles and sauces, tossing everything together for 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes. Ensure shrimp is fresh for best flavor.
