- 8 oz flank steak, sliced thin
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 10 oz stir-fry noodles
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a wok, heat oil over high heat and stir-fry the steak for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until pink.
- Stir in garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Add noodles and sauces, tossing everything together for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes. Ensure shrimp is fresh for best flavor.
