- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 medium head of napa cabbage, shredded
- 4 ounces glass noodles (bean thread variety)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes until softened; drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and shredded napa cabbage; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage wilts.
- Mix in the soaked glass noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil; stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu or mushrooms. Ensure noodles are fully softened to avoid a chewy texture.
