- Chia seeds (3 tablespoons).
- Milk of choice (1 cup).
- Fresh or frozen strawberries (1 cup).
- Honey, maple syrup, or agave (1-2 tablespoons, optional).
- Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon, optional).
- Fresh strawberries for topping (optional).
- Granola for topping (optional).
- Shredded coconut for topping (optional).
- Nuts for topping (optional).
Instructions
- Puree fresh or thawed strawberries until smooth.
- Stir chia seeds and milk together thoroughly to prevent clumping.
- Add strawberry puree to chia mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Stir before serving and add optional toppings.

Works with any type of milk.
Can use fresh or frozen berries.
