For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press 1 tsp into each liner to form crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon filling over crusts.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top each bite with strawberry jam, then sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried strawberries and vanilla wafer crumbs.
