Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and stuff each with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a circular wreath shape on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
