For the Crust:
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, honey, ground ginger, cinnamon, melted butter, chopped almonds, and vanilla extract to form the filling.
- Scoop out a small portion of each pear half to create a cavity for the filling.
- Fill each pear half with the almond-ginger mixture.
- Place the stuffed pears on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve warm, optionally drizzled with extra honey.
