Stuffed Pears with Almond & Ginger Filling

A delicious dessert featuring baked pears stuffed with a sweet almond and ginger filling, perfect for any occasion.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, honey, ground ginger, cinnamon, melted butter, chopped almonds, and vanilla extract to form the filling.
  3. Scoop out a small portion of each pear half to create a cavity for the filling.
  4. Fill each pear half with the almond-ginger mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed pears on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with extra honey.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
