Sweet Potato Cheesecake Pie

A creamy and rich sweet potato cheesecake pie with a buttery crust, perfect for fall desserts.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Bake crust for 8 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sweet potatoes, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Pour filling into crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
  6. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
