Ingredients

  • 3 apples, sliced and caramelized

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear pork in a pan with olive oil until browned.
  4. Add onions, garlic, and sage to the pan.
  5. Place apples around the pork and pour in broth.
  6. Cover and bake for 3 hours until tender.
  7. Remove pork and make gravy from pan juices.
