Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
  3. Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the bowl by placing rice at the bottom, adding chicken and steamed veggies on top.
