Instructions
- In a frying pan, cook the lean ground beef until browned. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Then add shredded carrots, chopped bell peppers, and fresh basil leaves.
- Prepare the rice paper wrappers by softening each one in warm water, one at a time.
- Place a portion of the filling on the wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Repeat until all filling is used. Serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.
