Ingredients

- 4 large limes (or 6 key limes).
- 3 cups cold water.
- 4 ounces sweetened condensed milk.
- 5 cups ice, divided (1 for blending, 4 for serving).
Instructions
- Rinse limes and cut into quarters. Optional: peel limes for less bitter taste.
- Blend limes with cold water for 30 seconds until smooth. Don't over-blend or it will be bitter.
- Strain liquid to remove pulp. Can strain twice for smoother texture.
- Return juice to blender. Add condensed milk and 1 cup ice. Blend until smooth.
- Fill glasses with remaining ice, pour lemonade over top.
Notes
Peeled limes make less bitter drink.
Add more condensed milk to taste.
Best served immediately.
