- 6 slider buns
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- Lettuce leaves for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried cranberries, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Form the mixture into 6 small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Toast the slider buns if desired.
- Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun, topping with cranberry sauce and lettuce.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat buns and add fresh herbs to the turkey mixture.
