Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 large cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Mix in the shredded chicken until well coated.
- Add sliced red onion and halved cherry tomatoes, and toss gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled on a bed of greens or in a wrap.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat yogurt. Adjust garlic to taste.
