Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a wreath-shaped baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the sweet potato slices in the baking dish, pouring the cream mixture over each layer.
  4. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
