Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a wreath-shaped baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the sweet potato slices in the baking dish, pouring the cream mixture over each layer.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
