Warm Baked Brie with Fig Jam & Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly over the top of the Brie.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the jam.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.

Notes

For a crispier top, broil for the last 1-2 minutes. Use high-quality fig jam for the best flavor.
