- 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the fig jam evenly over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the jam.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 1-2 minutes. Use high-quality fig jam for the best flavor.
