  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 6 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel (8 ounces) of brie cheese
  • 2 medium apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced apples, halved grapes, and cranberries with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the fruit mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fruits are tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. While the fruits are roasting, place the brie wheel on a baking dish.
  5. Once the fruits are done, remove them from the oven and spoon them over the brie.
  6. Return the brie with fruits to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the brie is soft and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm with crackers or bread.

Notes

For a festive touch, add a sprinkle of chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts before serving. Ensure fruits are fresh for the best flavor.
