Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
  • 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh figs, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the sliced pears, apples, and figs with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the fruit mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized.
  4. Place the Brie wheel on a serving platter and top with the roasted fruits.
  5. Bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the Brie is warm and gooey.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with extra honey if desired, and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
