Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the sliced pears, apples, and figs with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the fruit mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized.
- Place the Brie wheel on a serving platter and top with the roasted fruits.
- Bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the Brie is warm and gooey.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with extra honey if desired, and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
