White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

A sweet and crunchy treat combining white chocolate, dried cranberries, and pecans for a delightful dessert or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt into the melted white chocolate.
  4. Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Let the clusters cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
