Scale
For the Crust:
- For the mints:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (or other flavor of choice)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Food coloring (optional)
- For coating (optional):

- 5. Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 tsp each) and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- 6. Flatten each ball with a fork or press into a mold for decorative shapes.
- 7. Optional: Roll the mints in granulated sugar or powdered sugar for extra sweetness and texture.
- 8. Let the mints dry at room temperature for at least 1-2 hours before serving or storing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze the mints and thaw before serving.
