- The Sheet Pan:
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp (peeled, deveined, patted dry)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- salt
- cooking spray
- The High-Protein Cajun Dipping Crema:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp honey
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- pinch of salt
- whisked smooth
- The Garnish:
- sliced green onions
- lemon wedges
- pinch of smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F (220C).
- Toss shrimp in olive oil, then press firmly into a mixture of panko, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Spread on a lined sheet pan with space between each shrimp.
- Spray generously with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes until the panko crust is golden and the shrimp are cooked through. No frying needed.
- Whisk Greek yogurt, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Plate the shrimp bites with the Cajun crema on the side. Garnish with green onions, smoked paprika, and lemon wedges.
