- ½ cup Red wine Optional
- Cheese Topping -cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded whole milk
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese – Extra grated
- ¼ cup Fresh basil – Chopped
Instructions
- Boil noodles until al dente, shock in ice water, and lay flat
- Mix ricotta, eggs, parmesan, garlic, and seasoning
- Brown beef and sausage in batches
- Sauté onions until translucent, add garlic last
- Stir in tomato paste, marinara, and wine, then simmer
