Easy Dill Pickle Dip

A tangy, creamy, and irresistibly crunchy dill pickle dip that’s perfect for parties, game days, or snacking. Made with simple ingredients, this dip comes together in minutes and delivers big flavor with every bite.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • For the dip:
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles (plus 2 tbsp pickle juice)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill (or 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • For serving:
  • Potato chips
  • Pretzels
  • Fresh veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. 2. Stir in the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed—add more pickle juice for tanginess or dill for extra herb flavor.
  4. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld (optional but recommended).
  5. 5. Serve chilled with potato chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For extra texture, reserve a few tablespoons of chopped pickles to stir in just before serving. This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
