- 1 lb lobster meat (tail or claw), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add lobster pieces, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately as an appetizer or over pasta.
Notes
For best results, use fresh or thawed frozen lobster. Do not overcook to maintain tenderness.
