- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 2 cups Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, Cheddar Bay biscuit mix, softened cream cheese, milk, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch bite-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Optional: brush with melted butter and sprinkle with additional garlic powder before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy edges, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes after baking. Serve warm.
