Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups mixed fresh garden veggies (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers), sliced
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the sliced chicken breasts and toss to coat evenly.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken slices and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Add minced garlic in the last minute of cooking. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. In a separate bowl, prepare the creamy Parmesan ranch sauce: mix together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, lemon juice, and chopped parsley until smooth and well combined.
- 4. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15-20 seconds to make them pliable.
- 5. Assemble the wraps: spread a generous layer of the creamy Parmesan ranch sauce onto each tortilla. Top with cooked garlic herb chicken, then add fresh garden veggies.
- 6. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream and use low-fat cream cheese. Feel free to customize the veggies based on what you have on hand.
