Gorgeous Strawberry Lasagna

A stunning no-bake dessert lasagna with layers of fresh strawberries, creamy filling, and golden graham crackers. Perfect for summer gatherings!

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • For the cream layers:
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • For the strawberry layer:
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • For garnish:
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 10 whole strawberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate shavings

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. 1. Make the crust: Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9×13″ dish. Chill 15 mins.
  2. 2. Prepare strawberries: Combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in saucepan. Cook 5 mins on medium.
  3. 3. Thicken strawberry sauce: Mix cornstarch and water, stir into strawberries. Cook 2 mins until thickened. Cool completely.
  4. 4. Make cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
  5. 5. Whip the cream: Beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. 6. Combine layers: Fold half the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.
  7. 7. Add strawberries: Spoon cooled strawberry mixture over cream layer. Top with remaining whipped cream.
  8. 8. Chill: Refrigerate at least 4 hours (best overnight).
  9. 9. Garnish with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

• Substitute raspberries for strawberries if preferred
• For neater slices, use a hot knife when cutting
• Can be made 2 days ahead – store covered in fridge
