- 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
- 1 fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce and honey.
- Alternate threading ham and pineapple onto skewers.
- Brush with teriyaki mixture and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, until caramelized.
- Serve immediately.
