  • 12 drops pink food coloring (optional)
  • For the Coating:

Instructions

  1. Melt the gum base in a heat-safe bowl using a double boiler until fully soft and pliable.
  2. Stir in corn syrup until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Add bubble gum flavoring and mix evenly.
  4. Add powdered sugar gradually, kneading until a dough-like consistency forms.
  5. Lightly dust a clean surface with powdered sugar and transfer the gum mixture.
  6. Knead until smooth, adding more powdered sugar if too sticky.
  7. Divide into small portions and shape into balls or logs.
  8. Coat each piece lightly with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
  9. Let rest for 20–30 minutes before chewing.

Notes

This bubble gum is best consumed within a few days. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
