- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or apple bits
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, mixed nuts, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk honey (or maple syrup) until smooth; pour over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
