Instructions
- Thoroughly grease slow cooker.Wash, peel, and thinly slice potatoes.Combine potatoes with melted butter and Lipton Onion Soup mix.Add optional shredded cheddar cheese.Layer potatoes in slow cooker and pour chicken broth or water over them.Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.Season with salt and pepper before serving.
