- 3–4 lb turkey breast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in slow cooker with onion and garlic.
- Pour chicken broth around it.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
