  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • For the Stir-Fried Vegetables:
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • For the Noodles:
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the steak: In a bowl, toss sliced steak with soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Cook the steak: Heat a skillet over high heat. Cook steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and lemon juice, cook until pink (2-3 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. Stir-fry vegetables: In the skillet, heat sesame oil. Add mixed vegetables and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce and cook 1 more minute.
  5. 5. Cook the noodles: Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain. In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil. Add noodles, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Toss for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Assemble bowls: Divide noodles among bowls. Top with steak, shrimp, and vegetables. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra heat, add a drizzle of sriracha or chili oil before serving. This bowl is customizable with your favorite vegetables.
