Pineapple, Mango, Watermelon & Feta Cubes with Hot Honey-Lime Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups mango, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and red pepper flakes to make the hot honey-lime drizzle.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mango, and watermelon cubes.
  3. Pour the drizzle over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top.
  5. Garnish with chopped mint if desired. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.

Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm fruit. Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
