Yummy Grape Salad Doubles

A creamy and refreshing grape salad with a delightful crunch from pecans and a hint of sweetness. Perfect for potlucks, picnics, or as a side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • For the Salad:
  • 4 cups seedless green grapes, halved
  • 4 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and well combined.
  2. 2. Add the halved green and red grapes to the creamy mixture. Gently fold until all the grapes are evenly coated.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans and brown sugar to create the topping.
  5. 5. Just before serving, sprinkle the pecan and brown sugar mixture over the grape salad.
  6. 6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream. The salad can be made a day ahead, but add the pecan topping right before serving to maintain its crunch.
