Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- For the Salad:
- 4 cups seedless green grapes, halved
- 4 cups seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Topping:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and well combined.
- 2. Add the halved green and red grapes to the creamy mixture. Gently fold until all the grapes are evenly coated.
- 3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans and brown sugar to create the topping.
- 5. Just before serving, sprinkle the pecan and brown sugar mixture over the grape salad.
- 6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream. The salad can be made a day ahead, but add the pecan topping right before serving to maintain its crunch.
